TAKE A MINI SELF CARE BREAK (30 MINUTES TO AN HOUR). Yes, we dare you to do one thing EVERYDAY that focuses on YOU!

You’re probably thinking that we’re insane and that this is not possible. Not true. You just need to be mindful about dedicating time to yourself.

Below are 3 tips to create time for your self care:
 
1. TIME BLOCKING.

* Get out your timer and set it for 30 minutes.
* Use this 30 minutes to do something you don’t normally allow yourself to do. Have a glass of wine in the jacuzzi, go for a walk on your own, or sit outside with a good book.
* Make a habit of this 30 minute self care act 3 times this week. In fact, block off 30 minutes in your calendar and do not cancel on yourself!

2. TAKE NON-ESSENTIALS OFF YOUR TO-DO LIST.

The task here is to identify what you can get off your plate and to also remove things that don’t bring you joy.

3. CREATE A ‘ME DAY’ (OR EVENING).

✅ We dare you to sign up for something new.
When you sign up for let’s say a weekly program, it allows you to commit to something you love for yourself and also be around likeminded people.

WHY IS SELF CARE IMPORTANT?
It’s called balance! We all want it, need it and honestly, aren’t getting enough of it. This is where self care comes in.

Without self care we begin to burn out, become stressed and can go on an emotional rollercoaster mess🎢
